Service Description

Starting April 17, 2023, this series includes ten individual Structural Integration bodywork sessions plus ten weekly small group classes exploring breath, fascial release and movement education. The classes will expand upon themes from each bodywork session, giving you additional ways to experience and enhance your personal journey toward alignment. Group classes are Mondays, 12:00-12:50pm. In-person, remote and recorded options will be available. Individual Structural Integration sessions (1.5 hrs each) will be scheduled separately, at your convenience. Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 12 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment start time will be charged a $50 late cancel Inconvenience Fee. No-shows will be charged the full session price. Late arrivals of 20 minutes or more will be considered a late cancellation. At practitioner’s discretion, either a shorter session will be offered or a reschedule with a $50 Inconvenience Fee. Cancellations due to emergency or illness will be handled at the discretion of the provider. See Client Agreement for full Terms of Service and policies.
